Nhan Nguyen is the co-founder and managing partner of BDG, which he started as a two-man office in his hometown in Danang in 2006. Since then he has worked with more than 100 companies in many different industries in the ASEAN countries. In addition to his main responsibilities in running the company and setting overall company strategy, he remains actively involved in “insights” and “implementation” projects. Nhan holds a German-Diploma in International Management from the private International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany.

Axel has been working as a consultant since 1997 with companies and government institutions in more than 20 countries, mainly in Southeast Asia. In addition he is co-founder and manager of several companies in the fields of consulting, social networks, and tourism. He holds a German Diploma in Economics from the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg. He regularly teaches Consulting Competences at the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology at a Swiss-Vietnamese Executive MBA program which he initiated in Ho Chi Minh City.

As a consultant Nga works closely with BDG’s project managers to support them with market research, planning, data collection, and much more. Before joining BDG she worked for the Vietnam-based Swiss Bridge Consulting in the field of brand protection, anti-counterfeit and project management.
Nga completed her graduation thesis, for her studies in “International Business and Languages”, at Bosch Vietnam where she wrote a marketing plan to advice on how Bosch could expand their Automotive Aftermarket business. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce, major in marketing, from the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede, the Netherlands.

Tram manages projects for BDG, providing critical market information and coordinating business and government relations for clients and partners. Her excellent research skills have benefitted many foreign and local companies in Vietnam. Prior to BDG, she was a business analyst for Vietnam International Bank. She completed her Master’s in Business Economics from Toulouse 1 Capitole University in 2013.

Sibylle is a project manager of BDG and is responsible for end-to-end project coordination, CRM, quality management, acquisition and business development based in HCMC/Vietnam. Prior to BDG, she worked at Daimler AG, Headquarter Stuttgart, where she worked in the CRM and Marketing department, keeping her focus on online marketing. Sibylle was a scholar of a Leadership Program of Daimler AG. Within this, she graduated with a MA from the Private School of International Business and Entrepreneurship of Berlin/Germany and Sao Paulo/Brazil and worked on an international roll-out as well as entry market concepts of the brands’ online platform (www.daimler.com).

Manuel has been working in client-focussed positions since 2006, mainly in banking and finance in Switzerland, where he was responsible of private banking and institutional clients. He has thus a sound knowledge of economics and international financial markets. Manuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in "International Business Communication" and ran a market study on the development of the microfinance sector in Vietnam, where he lived from 2012-2013.

Simone was born in Vietnam and lived in Germany for more than 20 years. She holds a German-Diploma in Economics. Prior to BDG, Simone was working in different industries in Vietnam. As a COO of a German retailer, she was responsible for the smooth operation within and around the production in Vietnam. As a project manager based near Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Simone helps our clients to coordinate their most urging needs within their projects in Vietnam.
